[basis: absence] Two differently phrased searches for Israel striking Iranian nuclear facilities during September 7–October 7, 2026 yielded no dated confirmation of a completed Israeli strike on nuclear-related infrastructure. Results instead included an October 7 U.S. News explainer on Iran enrichment and a September 17 Iran International article on rebuilding a site, neither reporting the claimed strike. Confirmed qualifying strikes found: 0; required: at least 1; 0 < 1, threshold NOT met. This is absence of confirmation, not positive proof none occurred.
